FiLUMS, an event hosted every year by the LUMS Media and Arts Society (LMA), is the largest International Film Festival in Pakistan. It attracts aspiring filmmakers from all over the country and abroad to portray their filmmaking skills. This event aims to revive the Pakistan filmmaking industry and to make it renowned across the globe. Amateurs and experts come together in this event, paving way for learning, inspiration and progress through the exchange of bright and creative ideas. Renowned artists from the media and film industry are also grace the event as jury. They hold workshops and seminars in order to nurture the participants and to address their concerns regarding filmmaking. In a nutshell, it provides a perfect platform for amateur filmmakers to showcase their abilities and to learn from the best.
