The Sardinia Film Festival is an international movie award dedicated to short films. Founded in 2006 and organized by Cineclub Sassari, its aim is to promote and endorse the cinematic arts with particular attention to independent European film making, to enhance exchange of information and debate within the different artistic expressions, to encourage young people to the profession of film making. During the festival, besides showing the selected films, we also organize workshops, masterclasses, concerts, activities for students, meetings and debates for professionals. A movie marketing room (the Festival Archive Room) is also set up, and in this space critics, producers and distributors can examine the different submissions more easily.
