The only personal data that Short Film Connection (aka. SFC) stores is an email address and the details that are directly provided by our members. The email address is obtained during the registration process either directly or via the Google + or Facebook social logins. After registration, the provided email may be seen on the Settings tab within the member profile screen. Each member can review their additional personal data by logging into the site and proceeding to their personal profile via the menu system or directly via the following link: where USERNAME should be replaced by the member’s actual username.

A personal data request can be made by sending an email to The request must come from the email address that is associated with your member account. Valid requests will be resolved within 24 hours by provided a copy of all of the data that is visible within your profile screen. We do not store any data beyond that which is already visible on a member’s profile screen, however, we are happy to assemble this data into a digital format upon request.

Account and data deletion
All members have the right to delete their account and be completely forgotten. To do so, please send a request to and your account and personal data will be completely deleted within 24 hours. Requests should be made from the email address associated with your account.

Should there be any data breach, you will be notified and details will be provided regarding the nature of the breach within 24 hours.

We collect information about you in various ways when you use our Services. For example, we collect information you provide to us when you register for an account, create a user profile, use our Contact Us form or otherwise communicate with us.
